Sustainability
The PERI Group is not only a pillar of strength on construction sites – the future needs our support too.
The principles of business ethics are formulated in the PERI Group Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct stipulates that the PERI Group complies worldwide with applicable legislation, respects fundamental human rights and acts with integrity towards its customers, suppliers, public authorities and other business partners.
An additional Supplier Code of Conduct also sets out the binding expectations that apply to the PERI Group’s business partners. It requires them to refrain from corruption and bribery, prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism, comply with export controls and sanctions and respect fair competition. Possible violations can be reported to the appointed compliance units. The company will take appropriate action in response to confirmed violations according to their degree of severity. These range from remedial and preventive action all the way to terminating the business relationship as a last resort. By doing this, the company translates its business ethics principles into clear, binding requirements and effective sanction mechanisms for employees and suppliers.
We achieved our first-ever EcoVadis Silver Medal in the 2026 sustainability rating, scoring 80 out of 100 points and ranking among the top 15% of companies assessed worldwide. The result is based on an evaluation of the entire PERI Group across the areas of Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Business Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. It recognises the systematic development of policies, management systems, and compliance processes as part of our sustainability strategy.
